By most standards, I’m a baby vegetarian, as I’ve only been a vegetarian for three-and-a-half years. But in those years, I’ve seen my body do incredible things. Let me back up a little bit. Hello Jackson: Grubb's Grocery

Downtown Jackson has grown so much in the last couple of years, and one of its newest residents is probably the one I’ve been the most excited about. Grubb’s Grocery, a natural and organic market, opened this spring in the Jackson Walk neighborhood, and shopping there has completely exceeded my expectations!
